Eoin Robinson

Dancer

Eoin Robinson is an American dancer from Massachusetts who began his training at the age of 11 and later attended Interlochen Arts Academy where he graduated with a high school diploma. In 2013, Eoin competed in the Youth America Grand Prix Chicago Semi-Finals and received a gold medal in the classical category. By being a Finalist in New York City, he spent the 2013-2014 school year training at the American Ballet Theatre’s JKO School on scholarship and stipend. Eoin is the 2016 recipient of the Lorna Strassler Award for Student Excellence at The School at Jacob’s Pillow. In the fall of 2014, Eoin began his studies at The Juilliard School under the direction of Lawrence Rhodes where he performed the works of Merce Cunningham's "Sounddance", Ohad Naharin's "Dancing with the audience", Nacho Duato's "Por Vos Muero", Jerome Robbins' "Moves" and "Afternoon of a Faun", José Limón's "Missa Brevis", Azure Barton's "Awáa" and was an original cast member of Aszure Barton's "return to patience", Pam Tanowitz's "Thunder Rolling Along Afterward" and Gustavo Ramirez Sansano's "A Thousand Thoughts". 

After graduating from The Juilliard School in 2018 with a BFA in Dance, Eoin joined The Staatsballett Berlin for five consecutive seasons where he performed the works of Mats Ek's "A Sort of...", Sharon Eyal's "Half Life", William Forsythe's "The Second Detail", Pina Bausch's "Das Frühlingsopfer (The Rite of Spring)", Stijn Celis' "Your Passion is Pure Joy to Me", George Balanchine's "Jewels", John Cranko's "Onegin" and "Romeo and Juliet", Marcia Haydée's "Sleeping Beauty", August Bournonville's "La Sylphide", Patrice Bart's "Swan Lake" and "Giselle", Victor Ullate's "Don Quixote", and was an original cast member of Alexei Ratmansky's "La Bayadere" and Sharon Eyal's "Strong". Eoin joined Richard Siegal's "Ballet of Difference" am Schauspiel Köln as a soloist for the 2023-2024 season where he performed Siegal's works "Unitxt", "New Ocean", "Oval", "In A Landscape", "Made all walking", "BoDy (without) Organs", "BALLET OF (DIS) OBEDIENCE", and was an original cast member of "THE PEOPLE UNITED". For the 2024-2025 season, Eoin was a soloist with The Staatsballett Hannover where he performed the works of Sharon Eyal, Hofesh Shechter, Marco Goecke, Alexander Ekman, Aszure Barton, Edward Clug, Andonis Foniadakis and Liliana Barros. As of the 2025-2026 season, Eoin is freelancing in Berlin and NYC.
